ppvlpp Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the organization operating the ppvlpp platform ("ppvlpp", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the ppvlpp website (https://ppvlpp.cam) or participating in any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use any service on the ppvlpp platform. These Terms may change from time to time and the updated version will be published on this page.

2 Account Registration

By opening an account on ppvlpp you become a registered member and can use all services on the platform. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each individual may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• You are required to inform us of any changes to your account information.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or for a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Age Requirement

The ppvlpp platform is only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. No person under the age of 21 may register or participate on this platform.

By registering you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ppvlpp may at any time request documents to verify your age. If it is found that a member is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

All members may be required to complete an account verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC). The following documents may be required as part of this process:

• National ID card (NID) or copy of passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Photo signature or selfie verification

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. ppvlpp may request additional documents if needed and reserves the right to close an account if any information is found to be incomplete or false.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for making deposits on ppvlpp: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly
• ppvlpp does not charge any fee on deposits, however charges from the payment provider may apply
• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name

5.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply for withdrawing funds from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Standard processing time for withdrawals: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the verification process has not been completed
• ppvlpp reserves the right to hold or cancel any withdrawal in case of suspicious transactions or suspected fraud

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 with a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 gives a total balance of ৳32,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the bonus amount)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement
• Bets must be placed within the set time limit to fulfill the wagering requirement
• Not all games may count equally toward the wagering requirement

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, address or payment method
• ppvlpp reserves the right to withdraw or change any bonus
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all game categories when placing bets on the ppvlpp platform:

7.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, ppvlpp may automatically cancel the bet and return the deposit
• ppvlpp reserves the right to cancel any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error or human mistake
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance at the time of placing

7.2 Sports Betting

• Bets must be placed within the designated time before the match starts
• The amount available for live betting may change
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to ppvlpp's set policy
• The same rules apply to all tournaments including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup

7.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by certified game providers
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• If a game remains incomplete due to a system error, settlement will be based on the last verifiable game state

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvlpp platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus fraud
• Using hacking, viruses or harmful software
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other members
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain
• Harassing, threatening or disrespecting other users

9 Account Suspension or Closure

9.1 Account Closure by ppvlpp

ppvlpp may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activities
• Failure to submit verification documents
• Account inactive for an extended period (as per the set policy)

9.2 Account Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team via live chat or email. All withdrawable funds will be processed before the account is closed.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

ppvlpp places the highest importance on the privacy of users' personal information. Details on how your information is collected, used and kept secure can be found in our Privacy Policy.

• All data is protected by SSL encryption
• Personal information is not sold to third parties
• Information may be shared with authorities where required by legal obligation
• Users can request correction or deletion of their information

11 Responsible Gaming

• Gaming disruption due to unexpected technical failures or server downtime

ppvlpp always strives to maintain service quality, however a 100% uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We will resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the following process must be followed:

1. First, contact our support team directly via live chat or email.
2. Submit a full description of the complaint along with the relevant date, transaction ID, and screenshots (if available).
3. ppvlpp will generally provide an initial response to a complaint within business days.
4. Complex matters will be resolved after a thorough investigation.

In all dispute resolutions, ppvlpp's decision shall be considered final, however we will always follow a fair and transparent process.

14 Changes to Terms

ppvlpp reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes, we will:

• We will attempt to notify registered members by email
• Members may be informed via notifications on the platform

Continuing to use ppvlpp after the updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend that you review this page regularly.
